# Remove asset

On the asset tree, click on the three dots next to the name of the asset. On the dropdown menu select **Edit entity**.

On the asset management window that will show up after clicking the **Edit entity** button, click on the **Delete** button to delete the asset.

A confirmation window will be displayed to make sure the deletion is not an accident. Click the **OK** button to proceed or click the **Cancel** button to abort.
