The event configuration is firstly divided by the Measurement settings tab and the Frequency range tab.
The Measurement settings allow to change the measurements of the NEON vibration sensor as follows:
min_only: event messages readings will only provide the minimum values among the measurements taken.
max_only: event messages readings will only provide the maximum values among the measurements taken.
avg_only: event messages readings will only provide the average values among the measurements taken.
extended: event messages reading will provide the maximum, minimum and average of the measurements taken.
Measurement Interval Minutes indicates how often the NEON Vibration Sensor will measure. Additionally, Periodic Event Message Interval indicates after how many measurements an event message will be sent. The result of multiplying these values is how often an event message with the measurements taken will be sent.
The range of the measurements for the RMS Velocity and the Peak Acceleration can be modified in the Frequency range tab. range_1 is 5-1000 Hz while range_2 is 5-6666 Hz.
Moreover, triggers for event messages can be defined at the bottom of the configuration page in the Triggers section. To define these triggers select a mode from the dropdown menu and define a numeric value for the selected option. Lastly, click on the Save button.
